Laser Cutting
Laser cutting machines, coupled with the CNC process, enables SPE to accurately produce highly complex flat form parts, easily and repeatedly with an exceptional level of precision.
Punching
SPE’s punching offers flexible manufacturing runs without the need for high capital expenditure dies and stamping presses. Extremely high volumes are not required to justify the use of this equipment due to the modular nature of the tooling employed.
Bending
SPE’s substantial tooling capabilities and a wide range of CNC and Robotic press brakes enable our team to bend stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum and most ferrous and non-ferrous metals in almost every combination requested by plastically deforming the material to change its shape.
Full Fabrication
SPE utilizes a comprehensive range of state-of-the-art fabrication machinery and finishing processes which enables us to undertake complex medium to high volume fabrication projects from conception to completion.
Our mostly automated fabrication facility features a full range of laser cutters, punching machines, bending machines, machining centers’, welding/robotic welding as well as finishing processes such as powder coating, wet spray and electroplating enabling us to meet all of your fabrication requirements.
